I work in a variety of mediums - acrylic on canvas and board, screen prints, woodcuts and cake heads (mainly politicians); the paintings are often centred round people's interacting in contemporary urban settings whether night or day in bright, strong colours. The theatrical element is often present in my colourful screen prints so that an element of story telling appears. The cake heads are essentially performance art with a funny and slightly horrific element and there is also accompanying video work. The woodcuts are normally abstract and there is also a range of abstract screen prints which are related mainly in black and red. The prints are in editions and are reasonably priced. And of course, I am always happy to work to commission especially for the Cake Heads.
