Paypal take their instructions from you as the account holder, not from Artists Info.
Please note, Artists Info do not take money from anyone's accounts, we get paid by Paypal who take their instructions from you as their account holder.
Should you require the details of your renewal date please email [email protected] and we will forward a screen shot of your paypal detail.
Note:
To cancel future subscriptions it is important to do so IN ADVANCE of your listing renewal date.
This you must do directly with PayPal as no refunds will be given once a renewal payment has been made by them.
