Paypal take their instructions from you as the account holder, not from Artists Info.Please note, Artists Info do not take money from anyone’s accounts, we get paid by Paypal who take their instructions from you as their account holder. Should you require the details of your renewal date please email admin@artistsinfo.co.uk and we will forward a screen shot of your paypal detail.
