Artists Info artist Caroline Evans has just received an Award of Excellence from Manhattan Arts International for artwork submitted to their Hot Topics – Bold Expressions in Nature and Human Nature online exhibition. This international exhibition which runs from 17th August – 17th October 2015 was an open call for artists across the world to submit their work, and selections were based on unique expression, technical skill, creativity and how well the artists’ submissions reflected the theme.
To top it all, she also received a Healing Power of Art & Artists Award and is one of six artists chosen from all the recipients of Awards of Excellence and Awards of Merit to be featured on The Healing Power of ART & ARTISTS website. The Healing Power of ART & ARTISTS is an initiative of Manhattan Arts International founded by Renée Phillips, Director of Manhattan Arts International. Its mission is to raise awareness about art and artists who bring positive change to individuals, society and the environment.
The submissions were curated by James Bacchi, co-owner of ArtHaus Gallery and Renée Phillips, Director of Manhattan Arts International (Manhattan Arts International).
Caroline says: "I find it hard to ‘blow my own trumpet’, as most artists do, but I’m pretty thrilled and very honoured!"
