Magdalena Antrobus is an artist with a history of creating art throughout her life. Fascinated by marvels of human mind and its expressions, Magdalena studied psychology (Master of Arts, University of Warsaw, 2001) and philosophy (PhD in philosophy of mind, University of Birmingham, UK, 2017). After many years of drawing with pastels and charcoal, only when she started working with oil paint, she realised she found what she was looking for. Magdalena's works are influenced by the New York School, American modernism, jazz music, pop art and new directions in philosophy of mind. She works in oil, acrylic, pastels, digital photography and mixed media.
