I am a professional artist and art teacher who has been painting most of my life and a 4th generation artist who has extensive experience in a number of mediums including oil and acrylic. I am a painter of abstract impressionist acrylic paintings inspired by the natural world and currently exhibiting medium to large paintings using a mixture of texture and fluid paint techniques inspired by photographs of earth from space and of the cosmos. I use bright colours such as reds, blues and yellows on dark blue and black backgrounds. All paintings are done on canvas with the smaller paintings framed in black. I have work for sale at a variety of price levels to suit all budgets and also work to commission.
